“I'm Liam Shephard, a professional footballer with over 13 years experience in the game and over 330 professional appearances. I've played for clubs including Swansea City, Yeovil Town (loan), Peterborough United, Forest Green Rovers, Newport County and Salford City — and I'm still playing professionally today.
I've been fortunate enough to play at the professional level my entire career, experiencing big occasions, big dressing rooms and big moments — the good and the bad. That journey has given me an education that no coaching badge alone can teach.
I created 32 Performance because I want to bring that experience back to the Rhondda Valleys. I want to give players here access to the kind of development I've experienced throughout my career — and eventually beyond. My goal is simple: to pass on what I've learned and help the next generation become the best version of themselves.
Every session is built around you — your position, your weaknesses, your goals. I hold a UEFA B licenceand I'm working towards my UEFA A. I know what coaches at the next level are looking for, and I know what separates good players from great ones — because I've lived it.
